This bachelor thesis deals with the efficiency improvement of logistics strategy in Ferona a.s., in the field of usability comparison of owned and leased fleet vehicles. The theoretical part describes the logistics problems from the point of view of the road and railway transport. The practical part contains in the first part the general characteristics of the company. The second part is focused on the analysis of the current situation and subsequently it compares private carriage and lease carriage in Ferona, a.s.
