Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of a design and construction proposal for the construction of a turning platform for passenger and light goods road vehicles. The rotating platform is to be used for exhibiting vehicles in the exhibition of the technical museum and also for 3D scanning of exhibits for the purpose of creating visual technical documentation. The thesis deals with different design variants and examines their advantages and disadvantages. After considering a suitable variant, calculations for the choice of the drive train and strength calculations were performed, including the use of computer simulation using the finite element method in order to obtain data on the stress flow in the frame structure when crawling onto the turntable. The work also includes a summary of recommendations for proper maintenance of the equipment and its subassemblies.
