Posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybraném sportovním klubu

Abstract

This master's thesis assesses the system of training and professional development of sports coaches at the FC Baník Ostrava Academy. The main objective was to evaluate the current state of training and development and, based on the findings, to propose specific improvements. To achieve this objective, research methods including a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews were employed. The results indicate overall system stability and general satisfaction with collective training; however, areas for improvement were identified in individual development, systematic mentoring, language proficiency, and psychological preparation. The thesis presents a comprehensive set of six proposals, including the introduction of structured mentoring, the systematization of development interviews, the implementation of international exchange programs, support for coaches' language skills, internal workshops focused on sports psychology, and the involvement of former coaches in support roles. The implementation of these measures may significantly contribute to further stabilization and the professional growth of the coaching staff.
