Abstract

This thesis deals with design of robotic production cell for pad-foot drum welding. The introduction of thesis consists of the preliminary research of robotized production cells and the assignment analysis. After the analysis, variants are proposed. One of the variants is evaluated as optimal. For this variant, peripherals are designed. Cycle time analysis is created using an off-line programming environment DTPS. In conclusion of this work, economical calculations are made and achievements are assessed. CAD models as well as provided drawings was created using Solidworks. Software such as MitCalc, Solidworks Simulate and ANSYS were used for design calculations.
