Komplexní analýza využití výrobní linky

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the production line of Kofola a.s., which produces nonalcoholic beverages. The analysis deals with the production operation of the UGO line, machines, and the analysis of the production portfolio. The work contains a time analysis of machine and manual work times, based on which the shortcomings and downtimes that occur in the production process were identified. The conclusions were summarized in a clear table and options for their solution were proposed for selected problems. In the end, the contribution of the bachelor thesis is evaluated.
