Zefektivnění výroby hřídele

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of shaft production by replacing currently used production technology with new CNC automatized technology. This was solved with the aim of production increase and unit time decrease which would lead to the production costs reduction. The company Skrat kovo s.r.o. is introduced at the beginning. Then the current manufacturing technology realized by multiple machine equipment is described appended with technological process and with the choice of suitable CNC machine. The comparison and evaluation of used technologies is in the final part of this thesis.
