Abstract
Bachelor´s thesis is focused on measurement of the customer´s satisfaction with services provided by local library Ruda nad Moravou. Intention of this thesis is to select areas in which is customer´s satisfaction lowest and recommend precautions to improve satisfaction. I also tried to find new services which would be welcomed by customers. Quantitative analysis, which was made in the form of oral interview, is also part of the work.
