Abstract

The subject of the thesis on topic „Analysis of Employee Benefits System in the Selected Business Company” is to describe basic information about employee’s benefits. The work aims to essence, history, legislative, finance, importance, goal, problems and kind of employee’s benefits. It also covers accounting and tax issues. Right after theoretical part we will be continuing with practical part in which we are going to do analysis of the employee’s benefits and its systems in concrete company. On the basis of the questionnaire survey, which surveyed employee’s satisfaction and interest in the benefits, possible changes were proposed that would be beneficial to both employers and employees, and to ensure employee’s greater motivation and satisfaction.
