Analýza procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve firmě Okas, a.s.

Abstract

The theme of my Thesis is An Analysis of an Employee Recruitment and Selection Process in the Okas, a.s. Company. Employee Recruitment and Selection is a part of extensive field of human resource management. My work is divided into four parts. The first part of my work is devoted to general problems of Employee Recruitment and Selection. Next, I target on methods of Employee Recruitment and Selection. In chapter two I mention basic information about the Okas, a.s. Company. In chapter three I describe the present educational Employee Recruitment and Selection system in the chosen organization. In the conclusion I propose an innovation in specific areas. The last part includes my suggestions and recommendation which could help the organization to an innovation of the present Employee Recruitment and Selection system.
