Abstract

Master Thesis analyses current way of the Quality Management System by the long arms manufacturing in Česká Zbrojovka a. s., Uherský Brod. There are described main units of long arms, a technology of their manufacturing and test procedures. Further the thesis monitors general requests for long arms manufacturing, focusing on rifles. There is completed a search of the current way of the Quality Management System concerning to manufacturing of rifles, a specification of shortcomings, both in terms of technological and economic views. The thesis considers an improvement of Quality Management System by the production of new type of gun and brings a recommendation how prevent shorcomings before production run. The thesis focuses mainly on experience by the production of previous models and lessons learned from their shortcomings, especially needs of end users.
