Racionalizace hrubování zubové mezery

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with questions of roughing tooth gap at gearwheels with high modules on a horizontal boring machine WT200H-CNC and the possibilities for increasing of manufacturing productivity. The introduction acquaints with current production technology, further we will concentrate on progressive methods of milling. Main part of the bachelor thesis deals with practical tests of tools chosen for rationalization of process on a test material. Evaluation of a test is carried out from economical and performance point of view. After evaluation of knowledge from practical tests the best variant of tool will be chosen and recommended.
