Konstrukční návrh přestavby skříňového vozidla na CNG

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší způsob uložení CNG tlakových lahví ve skříňovém vozidle. Na stručný výtah z literární rešerše navazuje upřesnění požadavkového listu. V další části je na základě seznamu funkcí a morfologické matice vybrán koncept. Koncept je dále rozpracován do hrubé a čisté stavební struktury. Kontrola řešení je provedena pomocí MKP. V přiložené výkresové dokumentaci je zpracován celkový konstrukční návrh včetně výrobních výkresů.

The content of this master thesis is process of storing CNG pressure bottles in cabine vehicle. First part of literary research brief synopsis follows specification of the list of requests. The concept is chosen in the next thesis section on the basis of the list of requests, functional structure and morphological matrix. The concept is further developed into row and clear building structure. Solution control is performed by FEM. The overall structural device design including component manufacturing drawings is attached in drawings documentation.
