Analýza a zlepšování výrobního procesu stabilizátoru

Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis and improvement of the stabilizer production process. The first part of the thesis contains basic theoretical concepts. The practical part contains the basic analysis of the current state of the production process by the SIPOC method, analysis made of the measurements, transports and movements in the production process, and mapping of the value flow using the VSM method. Based on the identified problems, suggestions for improvement of the current state are given and evaluated. The developed proposals are also evaluated in terms of financial benefits.
