Abstract

The aim of the project for SOMA spol. s r.o. company is the tools database creation for CNC milling machines, unification of milling cutters with cutting inserts in cooperation with CTU and resource materials preparation for tools management with the automatic dispensing machine for tools and gauges. Tooling, machinery, and tools clamping systems used by cooperating company are discussed in first part of the thesis. Experimental part deals with the division of tools into the database, cutting tools groups and tool tables classification. In next chapter, the milling cutters tests and results are discussed. The last part of the project deals with the description of automatic dispensing machines for tools and gauges.
