Abstract

The thesis is focused on evaluating the existing process of selection and adaptation of employees in an organization and recommend suggestions for improving the process. The theoretical part of the methodology and methods of processing the thesis, the issue of human resources management, recruitment, employee selection and adaptation process. Practical part deals with description and evaluation of employee selection and adaptation process. For evaluate the existing process was used the information provided by the interview with personnel manager, an analysis of the organization's internal documentsand by the questionnaires for employees. In the end, there are the suggestions and recommendations for improving the existing process of selection and adaptation of selected employees of the organization.
