Svislý sušicí dopravník

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem svislého řetězového sušícího dopravníku. Hlavními požadavky na zařízení jsou rozchod mezi horní a spodní úvratí 6000 mm, maximální hmotnost jednoho dílu 200 kg, spojité zatížení nosné tyče 50 N/m a snadná demontovatelnost nosných tyčí. Dalším důležitým požadavkem je respektování omezené zastavovací plochy zařízení.

V rámci práce byla provedena rešerše zaměřená na aktuální stav řešení ve výrobním podniku a na klíčové součásti řetězových dopravníků.

Hlavní část práce se věnuje návrhu několika konstrukčních variant, z nichž byla vybrána nejvhodnější varianta, která byla dále rozpracována. Součástí práce jsou návrhové a kontrolní výpočty pohonu a kriticky namáhaných částí dopravníku.

This diploma thesis deals with the structural design of a vertical chain drying conveyor. The main requirements for the device include a distance of 6000 mm between the upper and lower turning points, a maximum weight of a single part of 200 kg, a continuous load of 50 N/m acting on the supporting rod, and easy disassembly of the supporting rods. Another important requirement is compliance with the limited installation space.

As part of the thesis, a literature review was carried out focusing on the current state of the system within the company and on key components of chain conveyors.

The main part of the thesis presents several design variants, from which the most suitable one was selected and further developed. Design and verification calculations of the drive system and critically loaded components of the conveyor were performed.
