Využití paletizačního systému při výrobě tvarových dílů

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I solve the problematic of undesirable times during the process of elements making, which are eliminated threw the use of the palletization system. In the practical part I deal with the shortening of undesirable times in production, with the contribution of palletization system, parts of the system, from which it is put together and with their characteristic. More over, I concentrate on date transfer from measurement machine to CNC milling machine. In the practical part of my bachelor thesis I mention the whole process of palletization system. From the workpiece directing on measurement machine, to milling of the workpiece itself and its consequent remeasurement at the work-place of control, where I study measured deviations. Deviations measured after the milling, I compare with the deviations mentioned on the sketch, made by the constructer. According to the deviations, it is possible to evaluate the accuracy of palletazion system in production.
