Konstrukční rozbor převodovky těžkého nákladního automobilu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the structural analysis of real gearbox for a truck. In the introduction there is analyzed the production portfolio transmissions from this manufacturer. With own custom measurements and PC program are determined parameters of each gear wheel. Next is determined stress of each gear and degree of accuracy precision manufacturing. At the end are the determined parameters of bearings and a calculated service life of selected two. In the annexes of this thesis are attached measurement protocols of measurement gear wheels on CNC machine, further output tables from used programs, table of industry tradition manufacturing gears in cars. Next thesis includes drawing of the assembly and manufacturing drawings of selected two gears.
