Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku aplikací metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

The theme of this thesis is the implementation of Balanced Scorecard as a method of company performance management. I have chosen a company Argo Trans s.r.o. with focus on freight forwarding. The main point was to propose implementation of the method Balanced Scorecard to company Argo Trans s.r.o.The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical definitiv and acquiring knowledge from issues of Performance Measurement and method Balanced ScorecardThe second part include the characteristic of company Argo Trans s.r.o. Next, I described the individual perspectives of method Balanced Scorecard and I did Porter´s analysis. In the last part I suggested strategic objectives for company Argo Trans s.r.o., I tried to define measures, I provided final values of measures and I sugestted strategic actions for achieve strategic goals.
