Topologická optimalizace strojní součásti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the topological optimization of a machine component. The introduction is devoted to an overview of the general problems of the selected component, commonly used materials, and 3D printing methods. In the next section, we give an insight into topological optimization by explaining its different types. The main part is devoted to the structural design of the component. Determination of loads with setting of boundary conditions, strength static check and subsequent shape modifications according to the specified criteria. During the modifications, care should be taken to keep the weight of the part as low as possible and the manufacturing technology using 3D printing. MKP software was used to lighten the part, using topological optimization to obtain a lightweight shape, which was later modified into the final version. At the end of this thesis, physical quantities such as mass and volume were compared.
