Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation for the construction
according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by the amendment No. 62/2013 Coll.
on documentation of buildings for residential building. The project documentation is prepared
according to the attached study and consists of drawing and text part. The bachelor thesis deals
with the plan of a new three-storey apartment building located in the village of Minkovice near
Liberec. The thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of the roof and a structural
calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase, including a drawing of the reinforcement.
