Bytový dům v Liberci

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění novely č. 62/2013 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb pro bytový dům. Projektová dokumentace je vypracována dle přiložené studie a skládá se z výkresové a textové části. Bakalářská práce řeší záměr novostavby třípodlažního bytového domu, který se nachází v obci Minkovice poblíž Liberce. Předložená práce obsahuje také tepelně technické posouzení střechy a statický výpočet železobetonového schodiště, včetně výkresu výztuže.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation for the construction according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by the amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on documentation of buildings for residential building. The project documentation is prepared according to the attached study and consists of drawing and text part. The bachelor thesis deals with the plan of a new three-storey apartment building located in the village of Minkovice near Liberec. The thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of the roof and a structural calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase, including a drawing of the reinforcement.
