Vývoj možných metodik údržby plunžrových čerpadel s využitím technické diagnostiky

Abstract

Plunger pumps together with other mechanical devices are an indispensable part of the manufacturing enterprise chains. Using these pumps it is possible to transport heavily polluted liquids even with solid particles. Equally to any other mechanical device an emphasis is put on the plunger pumps and their operational reliability since any kind of failure could cause a temporary shutdown and significant financial losses. The fundamental idea of the anticipated thesis is to increase the operational reliability of plunger pumps using methods of technical condition monitoring. The latest knowledge in technical diagnostics, particularly vibration diagnostic, tribotechnical diagnostics and thermo diagnostics will be used to solve this problem. The thesis outcome is creating a methodology to verify the technical condition of plunger pumps.
