Posouzení významu kompetencí z pohledu studentů VŠ

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo posouzení významu kompetencí z pohledů studentů vysokých škol. V první části práce jsou obsažena teoretická východiska, význam pojmu kompetence, druhy kompetencí a seznam kompetencí. V následující kapitole jsem se zabývala posouzením požadavků na kompetence z pohledu studentů vysokých škol a vytvořením dotazníků. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje vyhodnocení a návrhy. Součástí této kapitoly jsou patřičné tabulky a grafy, vytvořené z výsledků dotazníků, které jsem rozdávala na třech vysokých školách a to: Vysoká škola báňská – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Ostravská univerzita a Univerzita Palackého v Olomouci. Následuje doporučení na zlepšení kompetenční vybavenosti absolventů a celkové zhodnocení práce.

The object of this diploma work was examination of meaning of competences from point of view of university students. In the first part of the work are contained the theoretical basics, the meaning of term competence, the types of competences and the list of competences. In next chapter I deal with examination of requests on competences from point of view of university students and I deal with creation of questionnaire. The fourth chapter contains evaluation and proposals. The elements of this chapter are proper charts and graphs created from the results of questionnaires that I distributed on three universities: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, University of Ostrava and Palacký University Olomouc. The following are recommendations on improvement of competency facilities of graduates and the overall assessment of the work.
