Implementace TPM na vybraných pracovištích

Abstract

Master’s thesis is dealing with problematice of implementation of princeples of TPM on production workplaces v conditions of company Brose CZ, spol. s.r.o. in Kopřivnice. Problematics of implementation is discussed for implementation of TPM on seat rails lines within seat system division. In teoretical part thesis discusses TPM itself, and also other very important philosofies or systems like 5S and Kaizen. Theoretical part also contents analysis of maintenance approach development in manufacturing plants. Practical part contents analysis of reasons for TPM implementation, including při analysis and assumptions for succesful TPM implementation. Then thesis contents proposal of implementation and its subsequent execution. In the end fo practical part thesis contents analysisi of actual state and state of fulfilling given goals.
