Organizace a řízení sportovní akce

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat organizaci a řízení mládežnického basketbalového turnaje GALA Spring Cup, pojmenovat jeho silné a slabé stránky, upozornit na možná rizika a navrhnout konkrétní kroky ke zlepšení v dalších ročnících. Práce vychází z teoretických poznatků v oblasti sportovního managementu, marketingu a pořádání sportovních akcí, které jsou dále využity v praktické části. Praktická část detailně popisuje přípravu turnaje, rozdělení rolí v organizačním týmu, finanční stránku akce i její celkové zajištění. V rámci výzkumu byly využity metoda pozorování a rozhovory, které sloužily jako podklad pro zpracování SWOT analýzy turnaje. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty hlavní poznatky a navržena doporučení, které mohou přispět k efektivnější organizaci budoucích turnajů.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyse the organisation and management of the youth basketball tournament GALA Spring Cup, identify its strengths and weaknesses, highlight potential risks, and propose specific steps for improvement in future editions. The thesis is based on theoretical knowledge in the fields of sports management, marketing, and the organisation of sports events, which is further applied in the practical part. This section provides a detailed description of the tournament’s preparation, the division of roles within the organising team, the financial aspects of the event, and its overall execution. The research was conducted using observation and interviews, which served as the basis for the SWOT analysis of the tournament. The final part of the thesis summarises the key findings and presents recommendations that may contribute to the more effective organisation of future tournaments.
