Analýza spotřeby a životnost válců na pásové trati P1500, ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s.

Abstract

V diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou spotřeby a životnosti válců na trati P1500. Čtenáři se seznámí s válci a válcovacími tratěmi, zkouškami a vadami válců. Práce využívá poznatků ze studia odborné literatury a ze zkušeností z praxe. Na základě provedených zkoušek vyvozuje dosažené závěry. Práce se skládá ze čtyř částí. V prvních třech částech se seznámíme s válci a válcovacími tratěmi, zkouškami a vadami válců, a v poslední části zhodnotíme provedené zkoušky.

The thesis deals with analysis of consumption and life rolls on the track P1500. Readers familiar with the rollers and tracks rolling, tests and defects in the cylinder. The paper uses findings from the study of literature and from actual experience. Based on tests carried out draws conclusions reached. The work consists of four parts. In the first three sections, we introduce the cylinder and rolling tracks, tests and defects in the cylinder, and the last part of evaluating the tests carried out.
