Abstract
The paper deals with the possibility of utilizing mining wastewater to heat a production-oriented greenhouse and with a simplified design of its heating construction. In the first section of the thesis, there are described the latest established modern production-oriented greenhouses located in the Czech Republic. Additionally, the text outlines the possibilities of utilization of mining wastewater including the use of a heat pump. According to the data on the amount of water pumped, the calculations were made for the supply pipelines made of two materials (polyethene and steel) as well as for their prices and their mutual comparisons. Subsequently, the heat balance of the greenhouse was designed as well as its thermal gains, and the heat losses of the building were calculated. In the end, the calculation and comparison of simplified heating designs were performed. The computations were made for two materials (polyethene and steel) and for two different uses of waste mine water to heat the intended greenhouse.
