Problematika zaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením

Abstract

In this thesis is described the issue of employment of people with disabilities. The introduction explains the basic theoretical background such as term disability, disability classification, and basic concepts related to the issue of employment and entrepreneurship. It also describes the employment policy for people with disabilities where we focus on unemployment and employment of these persons. Subsequently is processed the integration of people with disabilities to work and analysis of employment of such persons in practice. The next section assesses the impact of legislation on this topic. The conclusion explains the benefits and drawbacks of employment of people with disabilities.
