Abstract

In the theoretical part I dealt with the detailed description and behavior of the system of remuneration. In the practical part of the remuneration system compare specific companies and the general priciples. Comparison I made on he basis of a questionnaire which was filed emloyees and finfings are secondary information company. I found that the firm subscribed to a stable, dynamically developing company, which has well-developed system of remuneration. A system of remunneration, I propose to introduce, with systems continu or slightly modified.
