Návrh elektricky poháněného mechanismu nouzového ovládacího pultu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem mechanismu krytu pro nouzový ovládací pult metra pro město Rijád a byla vypracována ve spolupráci se společností Siemens Mobility s.r.o. V rešerši jsou základní informace o metru Riyadh a používané druhy mechanismů pro danou aplikaci. V hlavní části jsou navrhnuty tři varianty řešení, ty jsou následně zhodnoceny a vybrána je jedna finální. Ta je dále rozpracována do detailů a na konci této práce také pevnostně zkontrolována. Závěrem práce je konstrukční řešení mechanismu s příslušnými výpočty a výkresovou dokumentací.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of mechanism cover for an emergency control panel for metro of Riyadh and was developed in cooperation with Siemens Mobility s.r.o. The research contains basic information about the metro Riyadh and the types of mechanisms used for the given application. In the main part, three variants of the solution are proposed, these are then evaluated and final one is selected. Final variant is further elaborated in detail and at the end of this work also is strength calculation. The conclusion of the work is a design solution of the mechanism with appropriate calculations and drawing documentation.
