Konstrukční návrh drtiče kostí pro domácí použití

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem drtiče kostí pro domácí použití. Cílem práce je navrhnout drtič kostí malých rozměrů, který je finančně dostupný a mohou ho využít drobní chovatelé k drcení kostí pro své domácí mazlíčky. V úvodu je popsáno k čemu drtiče slouží a v jakých průmyslových odvětvích se drtiče používají. První část práce obsahuje úvod do problematiky drtičů, zařízení dostupná na trhu a testování tvrdosti kostí. Dále pak práce obsahuje popis vlastní konstrukce drtiče kostí se základními kontrolními výpočty.

The bachelor work deals with the constructional design of a bone crusher. The aim of this work is to design a small size bone crusher which is financially available and which may be used by retail breeders to crush the bones for their pets. The introduction of the work describes the purpose of crushers and industrial fields they are used in. The first part of the work deals with a crusher search, units available on the market and bone hardness testing. Further the work writes on the construction of a bone crusher and basic calculations for construction.
