Abstract
This bachelor's theses is concerned with Implementation of method 5S and method SMED in Spot Welding Workplace in the company KLEIN automotive s.r.o. The theses
is divided into two parts. Theoretical part is written in the research form, knowledge
of methodology of lean production from literary resources, methoda 5S and method SMED are mainly emphaised. Practical part contains introduction of company, analysis of starting workplace conditions before the implementation itself. It mentions changes
and contributions, which were introduced during implementation of method 5S
and describes the application of SMED method into production procedure.
