Abstract

The final thesis „Reengineering, Process Management“ analyzes selected pceptsrocesses in a construction company and proposes changes to the management of the company. The theoretical part focuses on explaining basic concepts and reletionship between them. The practical part maps selected processes using a questionnaire survey among employees, including a brief analysis of costs and revenues. Based on the analyses, necessary changes will be implemented. Finally, the implemented changes in the company will be evaluated.
