Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee remuneration and specifically the wage system. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the wage system and other related topics. There are mainly analysis, description, comparison, induction and deduction methods used. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are generally summarized legal, accounting and tax aspects of wage related to the payroll system and without which it is impossible to create such a system. The practical part contains an analysis and evaluation of a specific payroll system at a selected limited company. In conclusion, there is the most important information summarized and recommendations for improvement are presented.
