Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to present the registration of proprietary rights and the registration of systems antecedent to real estate cadastre and legislative adjustments of current real estate cadastre in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the history and development of the Czech real estate cadastres from 11th century to a formation of present real estate cadastre as well as it describes the present real estate cadastre, legislative adjustments of its management, content and records. The practical part deals with the indications which are provided by the real estate cadastre.
Methods, which were used within this bachelor thesis, consist of analysis of legal basis and indications from the real estate cadastre. The bachelor thesis is a base for all those who currently need information from the real estate cadastre.
