Význam katastru nemovitostí v ČR

Abstract

Cílem je představení evidencí věcných práv k nemovitostem a evidencí technických nástrojů předcházející katastru nemovitostí, legislativní úpravy současného katastru nemovitostí na území České republiky a jeho informačních výstupů. V teoretické části práce je popsána historie a vývoj katastrů na území českých zemích od 11. století do vzniku současného katastru nemovitostí, charakterizován současný katastr a legislativní úprava jeho vedení, obsahu a zápisů. V praktické části jsou popsány informační výstupy, které poskytuje katastr nemovitostí. Při vypracování bakalářské práce jsou použity metody analýzy právních podkladů a informačních výstupů katastru nemovitostí. Bakalářská práce je podkladem všem, kdo v současné době potřebuje informace z katastru nemovitostí.

The aim of the thesis is to present the registration of proprietary rights and the registration of systems antecedent to real estate cadastre and legislative adjustments of current real estate cadastre in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the history and development of the Czech real estate cadastres from 11th century to a formation of present real estate cadastre as well as it describes the present real estate cadastre, legislative adjustments of its management, content and records. The practical part deals with the indications which are provided by the real estate cadastre. Methods, which were used within this bachelor thesis, consist of analysis of legal basis and indications from the real estate cadastre. The bachelor thesis is a base for all those who currently need information from the real estate cadastre.
