Implementace SW pro sledování opotřebení nástrojů

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of Sandvik's CoroPlus Process Control software, which allows for overall supervision and control in the machining process. Continuous scanning allows a complete overview of all production factors, thus helping to prevent accidents and prevent personal errors. The system therefore performs a large number of functions in production, one of which is software for measuring tool wear during machining. In the beginning, the work is devoted to stating the possibilities of the system, a description of the functional parts and the principle on which the system is working. The next section explains the conditions for proper installation and why it is important to comply with them. The different methods of measurement and the possibilities of the system are further explained. The practical part is focused on the use of the software and its implementation in the laboratory on the K ́MX 432 lathe when machining the given component, for which there is a list of sensors used and a description of the connection process. Before the evaluation, the reasons for choosing the machine and system for measuring as well as how reliable this measurement option is are explained. Towards the end, an evaluation of the functionality and benefits that the machined with process control is carried out. In the end, a complete evaluation of the software implementation, including the achieved goals, is summarized.
