Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with methods of customer satisfaction measurement of spa. Firstly there were described essential information and the characteristic of this spa (Městské lázně v Boskovicích). Than I determine the essential knowledge of problem area, spa marketing and marketing mix. After that I started measuring customer satisfaction by the primary research with the questionnaire. On the basis of the research outcome I formulated concrete proposals and recommendations which should lead to the increase of customers and elimination of the weak parts of the business.
