Abstract

The Master thesis deals with the structural design of the pressing semidry mix of stars and the end channels. If I focused on the description, the technology I designed was used, somedifferent solutions were proposed for both products and the most suitable option was chosen according to the pros and cons. I divided the whole device into four parts like the form, the upper and lower extrusion, the sliding mechanism and working table. In addition, a hydraulic cylinder was chosen to move the press sleeves and the horizontal pins. In conclusion, the most problematic part of the device was checked, which included in particular the calculation of the previous screw connection, the calculation of the lower extrusion on the machine and the calculation value.
