Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of the manufacturing company. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of a manufacturing company and, based on the findings, propose recommendations that could contribute to strengthening its market position. The theoretical part describes key concepts of the business environment and strategic analysis tools, such as PEST analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, McKinsey 7S framework, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, and TOWS matrix. The practical part applies these tools to the selected company. The results of the analyses led to the proposal of an ST-type strategy focused on innovation, product certification, and financial stability. The final recommendations support the development of competitiveness and flexible responses to market changes.
