Abstract

Nowadays, it is essential for business to employ as many employees who demonstrate their loyalty and pride in belonging to the company, as possible.. Therefore, the company should implement incentives for workers at the highest possible level. The thesis is focused on the motivation, as its characteristics and survey itself. The data obtained from the survey are then shown in graphs. A subsequent step is to evaluate the current state through the defined graphs and for the problem areas are proposed recommendations and possible solutions.
