Abstract
The subject of this diploma thesis is to get acquainted with the given system of hydraulic cylinders, how to control individual cylinders, and how to subsequently regulate the entire system with the Siemens control system in such a way that there is a horizontal lift of the platform without tilts. Another part of the diploma thesis is to verify the possibility of position sensing using a camera and create an HMI interface.
The theoretical part of thesis deals with the design of regulation for the given system so that there are no tilts of the lifted platform, as well as the design of sensing the position of the pistons using a camera. In the practical part, the dynamics of individual hydraulic cylinders are determined with the help of classic hydraulic piston position sensors and the proposed regulation is tested. In both parts, practical and theoretical, the possibility of using a camera for sensing the position of hydraulic cylinders is investigated.
