Chyba převodu evolventního ozubení, její měření a její vztah k hluku a vibracím převodovek

Abstract

Presented thesis of dissertation deals with the transmission error of involute gearing, its measuring and relation to noise and vibrations of the gearboxes. In the introductory part the present state of problems is described and the present available results of papers by different authors are shown. Theoretical analysis of mesh features of gearing and description of measured variables describing precision of production of toothed wheels follow. Then the paper is aimed at methodology of measuring the transmission error, the testing device is described by means of which measuring of the transmission error was carried out, further description of the methodology of measuring itself follows, which is based on the methodology described by prof. Ing. Jiří Tůma, CSc., The initial part of the methodology was taken over, however, the final part of the methodology was adjusted to give more precise results. The measuring methodology has been created for measuring the gear defects by means of incremental rotary readers. Further the ways how to check quality of gear meshing and how to evaluate real coefficients of gear meshing are described. A description of planned measuring, its range and evaluation of results of these measurements follows. In the final part of the paper dependences of the transmission error size on quality of gear meshing, torque size, toothed wheel rotations, oil temperature, noise and vibrations are described.
