Abstract
The diploma thesis is dealing with an issue of employee benefits in a chosen company, specifically in the company ELVAC a.s. The thesis is divided into a theoretical-methodical part and an application-verification part. The first part, based on the research of domestic and foreign literature, deals with theoretical base of employee benefits including their context of human resource management. The second part of the thesis is focused on marketing research, which is related to the theme and carried out in the company ELVAC a.s. It includes a questionnaire survey from which emerged, the company should focus on communication of this issue via e-mail and the intranet or provides benefits in the form of a cafeteria. These author’s suggestions and recommendations lead to modify the employees’ benefits system in this company.
