Hodnocení drsnosti povrchu po vysokorychlostním obrábění

Abstract

This bachelor thesis evaluates the roughness of the surface after high-speed machining. The theoretical part deals with high-speed machining and surface roughness together with this proposed experiment. The experimental part shows the measured and calculated values of surface roughness depending on the proposed parameters and used cutting tools. Roughness was measured on samples of steel 15 128 (13MoCrV6) ČSN 41 5128 and Bolzano steel ASP 2023 (ENHS 6-5-3) till after processing on a milling machine of the milling center DMU 60 MonoBLOCK®. In conclusion, the quality of machined surface is evaluated after high-speed machining with the most appropriate parameters of used tools and after machining of the used steel grades.
