Řízení skladových zásob surovin a hotových výrobků

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the current system of inventory management in Kofola a.s. and analysis of options, how to reduce the shortcomings that appears in the current system. The theoretical part includes findings from the literature and knowledge gained during the studies, especially from the sub-field of logistics, dealing with supplies and their system of management. The practical part consists of three mutually intersecting circles. In the first circuit is Kofola, a.s. presented as a company. Second circuit is composed of the independent analysis of stocks in the company and its way of managing. The model situations of possible solutions to the weaknesses can be found in the third circuit and taken as a response to analysis which was identified in the second circuit. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the findings and proposals on how the analyzed shortcomings in the given company can be reduced or even be eliminated.
