Návrh nové koncepce pro pracoviště oprav laminátů

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new concept for a workplace for the repair of laminate parts. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical analysis of the issues in the design of workplaces, health and safety at work during grinding and gluing. This is followed by an analysis of the technological process of repairing laminate doors and testing the microhardness of the laminate being repaired. The second part of the thesis is then devoted to the actual design of the new workplace concept, including the analysis of dust particles generated during the repair of laminate parts and the design of new technological equipment and workshop furniture. The thesis then concludes with a summation of all the necessary investment costs for repairs and acquisition of new workplace equipment, including an evaluation of the benefits that the new workplace concept will have and the functioning of production.
