Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the selected company, which is LTS Masking AS
company, based in Lonevåg, Norway. It contains general overview of the selected company. In the
analytical part, an analysis of the current state from different perspective is carried out. Then, from
an ongoing operation in production line a workpiece was taken and analysis was done on it. And this
company also sells refurbished semi – convectional cnc machines. In which necessary upgrading was
done before selling. Subsequently, the analytical part was evaluated and problems areas were
identified. In the final chapter, I discuss the suggestion for improvement and the evaluation of the
benefits of the company.
