Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify significiant factors influencing the decision-making of generations X, Y and Z in terms of selecting a future employer.The first part is devoted to the theoretical factors of researched issue – these are influences on decision-making of the individuals, the current labour market situation and definition of monitored generation. The next part consist of analysis based on quantitative research which included 242 respondents. Formulated summaries and recommendations for employers are placed at the last part.
